The Team

Human resources build the main asset of the company. The core of the most experienced persons is constantly engaged in new development of exciting solutions, younger resources are continuously trained on the job to become quickly part of the group.

Youus adopts a management model that allows the sharing of business objectives with all the staff that is so noticed about the business purposes and the value of its contribution.

Youus has 15 skilled people between employees and external consultants, divided into different areas of activity.

Youus' team is more likely a team than an organization: talented individuals, working for difficult or seemingly impossible goals, who have a division of tasks that allows for large areas of overlap, and developing tacit and instantaneous forms of coordination. Suffice it to say that Youus has decided since its creation the introduction of telework and work for objectives with an elastic system that allows the creation and dynamic dissolution of work groups. This form of organization is one that can make decisions faster than any other and be inexpensive.

The "flat" organizational model adopted by Youus allows us:

Have close contacts with the relevant market

➢ Respond as quickly as possible to market changes;

➢ Involve as many employees as possible. The underlying concept is that those who produce will  be much more efficient if they are directly involved in the decision-making process, rather than being directed by many higher levels of management.

➢ To constantly promote the birth and development of groups that manage themselves and that no longer respond to a set of rules, but to shared objectives that provide different and creative ways to be pursued.

People constantly learn, both by observing and by doing, the value of different projects and teams. These subjective values change continuously, and as time passes and each team reports their situation, all employees are updated.

Our approach focuses on experience through the sharing of needs, practices and skills. We work to activate a process of awareness regarding the role, the organization and the context in which we operate.

The sharing of meanings and practices activates a circular and reflective learning process, in which the teacher assumes the role of facilitator. The participants are made protagonists through discussion, dialogue, questions, which have the aim of sharing and enhancing the contribution of all.
